He has secondary education. In 1995 after his father’ death Andrej had to leave study for several years and to find job to provide for his mother and two younger sisters. For two years he worked in shoe factory. At the same time he was in children and youth ministry with “Atmoda” mission of “Word of Truth” church. Also for five years he worked at youth camps “Children of the King”, “The spring”, “Gods Kingdom” and others. In 1996 he studied in Bible school of “Revelation” church. In 1997 after bankruptcy of the shoe factory he started to work in construction. In 1998 he became active member of youth ministry of “Good News” church. After one year he became a leader of the ministry and organized ”Hearts on Fire” group. In 2000 because of his family situation he had to leave the ministry and started to move professionally in construction busyness first as a brigade leader and then as a supervisor. In 2002 he finished Riga Evening School and received his secondary education. In 2003 he established his own construction company “VESNINS”. Shortly after he married wonderful girl from his church Tatyana Platonova.Andrej started to play music since he was 15, he learned to play acoustic guitar. He wrote several songs including „Stop Dreaming” and „The Lord Is My Shepherd” songs. Since 2007 he is the author and producer of „Hearts on Fire” project. For this Andrej gathered together professional musicians and opened his own music studio. Then in one of the best studios of Europe which is “Sound Division” he recorded an album he called “Stop Dreaming!”. May 31, 2008 in Christian center “Good News” in Riga he presented concert program of his album and after few month, in September 2008, he published his first DVD. Andrej’ biggest desire is to bring good news of Salvation to the people through his music. |
